André Gurr is a seasoned attorney with more than 15 years of legal education and experience, including practice in divorce and distribution of extensive marital estates, wills and probate, complex insurance coverage, car crash litigation, workplace harassment and discrimination, landlord tenant, adoption, and consumer protection.
André earned his Juris Doctorate with honors from the University of Montana School of Law in 2004. With academic scholarships, he received his bachelor of arts degree from the University of Nevada at Reno, where he also graduated with honors.
André is committed to promoting access to justice by volunteering at the Self Help Law Center in Missoula County District Court, offering sliding-scale legal services to persons of modest means, and providing pro bono mediation and representation to those in need through the Western Montana Bar Association.
André is practiced in both state and federal court, and is admitted to the Montana State Bar and U.S. District Court, District of Montana. Andre is a member of the Montana Trial Lawyers Association and Western Montana Bar Association.
